Description: curatives incorporated fluoroelastomer copolymers or terpolymers

Appearance: off-white, non-transparent slabs

CG-A361C:
Excellent mold flow, good metal bonding and scorch safety
Improved mold release, less mold fouling
Recommended for compression or transfer molding of O-rings, gaskets.
 
CG-A401C:
Excellent mold release, good scorch safety
Recommended for compression or transfer molding of O-rings, gaskets.
 
CG-F2462P:
Excellent mold release, good scorch safety.
Recommended for sealing applications that require improved solvent resistance and permeation resistance to fuels, also for fuel tube extrusion
 
CG-F2602AP:
Excellent mold flow, easier mold release, good scorch safety
Recommended for sealing articles with muti-configuration

Customized fomulating are available for customer's specific application.

Processing
  • Our precompounds could be mixed with conventional fillers and other aids by rubber processing equipment.
  • Fillers and other additives should be mixed uniformly, then added in precompounds
  • Processing methods:compression moulding, transfer molding. Additionally, F2462P and F2602AP could be used in extrusion, A361C could be used in injection moldining
